Bo Deal hit the hip hop scene after serving time on a 7 year bid for a drug conspiracy. He made his mind up that he wouldn’t return to the life of crime and would channel all of that negative energy into doing something positive.

Upon his release he linked up with his cousin Robert Collier and formed an Indy label called Ground Up Productions. They shot a low budget dvd that ended up in the hands of Terrence at BET and he was invited out to do freestyle Friday. He won his first bout & remained champion for 5 weeks before disqualifying himself by cursing during a freestyle.

He made many great connects & furthered his career by putting out multiple mixtapes which made him a key figure in his city. He has songs & videos with artist like Yo Gotti, Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka, French Montana, Chief Keef, G Herbo, Lil Durk, Shawnna, Twista, Uncle Murda ect.

Music was never a passion of his but a hustle because it paid well. He wanted to get behind the scenes and use his connects to push younger acts, so he and two of his friends formed a management company by the name of RTS Management. That company lasted a year before going under due to other business endeavors that the group took on.
