About

Bo Deal hit the hip hop scene after serving time on a bid for a drug conspiracy. He made his mind up that he wouldn’t return to the life of crime and would channel all of that negative energy into doing something positive.

Upon his release he connected with his cousin Robert Collier and formed an Indy label by the name of Ground Up Productions. They shot a low budget dvd that ended up in the hands of Terrence at BET and he was invited to partake in their freestyle Friday battles. He won his first bout & remained champion for 5 weeks before disqualifying himself in that 6th week.

He made many great connects & furthered his career by putting out multiple mixtapes which made him a key figure in his city. His journey included songs & videos with artist like Yo Gotti, Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka, French Montana, Chief Keef, G Herbo, Lil Durk, Twista, Uncle Murda and more.

Music was never a passion of his, but he viewed it as a legitimate hustle which kept him pushing forward. He decided that he didn't want to be an artist. However, he found joy in helping to push the younger talent in the city. Using his connects and industry favor he was extremely instrumental in helping many artist in the city receive major deals while benefitting nothing for his efforts. This prompted him to to form the management company RTS. To date they are responsible for assisting several artist in achieving major music, entertainment and movie deals.
